This talk by Chris Bangle was hosted by the Revs Program at Stanford University for the Open Garage Talk series on 26 November 2012, but we never shared here on Car Body Design before.
In the lecture, the former BMW Chief of Design illustrates today’s issues and challenges in the automotive design industry and presents as an example the Gina Concept.
Unfortunately the slides are not shown for confidentiality reasons, however they are not strictly necessary to enjoy the lecture.
On the same topic, you can check another interesting talk by Chris Bangle titled Great Cars are Art, filmed back in 2002 and published by TED in May 2007.
