This personal project by Maxime de Keiser pays tribute to the Auto Union racing cars of the past with a study of a modern hypercar conceived for the Audi brand.
The goal was to create a radically extreme sportscar powered by a large displacement engine, featuring a low profile and stance and relatively compact dimensions.
Designed to compete in the same segment as the Veyron and the Aventador, the Type C8 Concept aims at combining tight clean lines with a sense of raw power and primitive ferociousness, expressed through the bulky rear volume, with the rear grille and the retro-inspired air vents on the engine hood hinting at the engine’s performance.
The reference to Audi’s contemporary visual identity was mainly influenced by the R8 model, especially in the front “face” and in the graphic layout of the side view, characterized by the darkened blades.

Far too much Lamborghini in this design.
what kind software for made 3d car model…? the most important is without blueprint… please tell me…
There are many 3D applications that can be used to create 3d models of cars or other products. For visualization and concept design purposes you can go with a polygonal modeler (Blender, Maya, Modo, Lightwave, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Silo and many others), for more CAD-oriented models you can use NURBS modelers (Rhino, Alias, MOI3D). For more info you can check http://www.carbodydesign.com/directory/car-design/car-design-software/
ooo… ok.. but what is the favourite software to make 3d car model…?
There is no “favourite”, software is just a tool, it really depends on design purpose, costs, skills and other factors.
This does resemble some Lamborghini cues, but still, as Lambo is now part of VW group and uses Audi engines and componenets, it’s acceptable, and the design is fantastic. 😀
