The concept overall simplicity in its aesthetic make it less intimidating for urban dwellers, and its the steering and seating were meant to be very intuitive for anyone who knows how to drive a car.
“I found with research that many city slickers might not go for the idea of trying to repair something that looked overly mechanical or had a daunting number of controls,” says Tazo Osawa.
“The compact size was also a big factor in design because it needed to be able to do full size tractor duties, yet be small and easy to maneuver around a city block.”
In the technical drawing shows the Kit-Trac is roughly the size of a maintenance utility vehicle. Its features include a modular compost unit and battery pack, as well as an onboard tool storage bin.
